Brisket recipes are truly flavorful. Braising is a great way to cook brisket if you don't own a smoker -- with red wine, beer, chili and garlic. And the best thing about brisket is it yields plenty of leftovers. Leftover brisket is never a problem, neither are Reuben sandwiches.
