An Authentic Farm-to-Table Evening at Stemple Creek Ranch
Experience an unforgettable Spring Farm Dinner on Saturday, April 5th, set in the heart of our working ranch at our beautiful red barn event venue. This multi-course dining experience is a celebration of regenerative agriculture, seasonal bounty, and the connection between land and table.
The evening begins with a selection of passed appetizers, featuring locally harvested oysters and other small bites, paired with exceptional local wines and craft beers, all while enjoying live music in the background. As the night unfolds, Chefs Alan Hsu and Sarah Cooper of Sun Moon Studio will present a thoughtfully curated menu, highlighting our 100% grass-fed beef, pasture-raised lamb, and the best seasonal ingredients from local farms.
To finish, enjoy dessert, accompanied by after-dinner local fruit and artisanal coffee, rounding out a truly special evening.
