Prost! Oktoberfest is here, and we’re celebrating with a feast worthy of the season. Nothing says Oktoberfest like sausages sizzling on the grill, shared alongside friends, music, and a frosty stein of beer.

This year, Stemple Creek Ranch is releasing two brand-new sausages made exclusively for Oktoberfest: Beef & Pork Kielbasa—the very first Stemple Creek sausage made with beef—and Pork Bratwurst—our first bratwurst ever. Both of these are exclusive to the Oktoberfest Box.

Our bratwurst, a German classic, delivers delicate spice and juicy bite—made in partnership with Caggiano Sausage Company of Sonoma County using pasture-raised pork, mustard seed, garlic, and aromatic spices.

Our kielbasa, rooted in Eastern European tradition, is bold, smoky, and hearty—crafted with a coarse grind of grass-fed beef and pasture-raised pork seasoned with garlic, paprika, coriander, marjoram, and nutmeg.
