Our very first Kielbasa is here, crafted just in time for Oktoberfest. This special, limited-run sausage is also our first-ever blend featuring both Stemple Creek grass fed beef and pasture raised pork.

Kielbasa has deep roots in Eastern Europe, with the word itself simply meaning “sausage” in Polish. Traditionally enjoyed at family gatherings, holidays, and festivals, it’s known for bold seasoning, hearty texture, and versatility on the table. Our take on this classic honors its heritage while showcasing the honest, grass-fed and pasture-raised flavor you expect from Stemple Creek Ranch.

Seasoned with garlic, paprika, coriander, marjoram, nutmeg, and black pepper, this sausage has a smoky, savory, and slightly sweet profile balanced by a gentle spice and aromatic finish. The grind gives it a hearty bite, perfect for slicing into stews, pairing with sauerkraut, or serving straight off the grill alongside your favorite Oktoberfest brews.

Ingredients: Beef, pork, salt, turbinado sugar, paprika, black pepper, garlic, coriander, marjoram, nutmeg, cultured celery powder in a natural hog casing.
