Lamb Leg Steak (Bone-In)

A lamb leg steak cooks very similar to a bone-in ribeye steak on the grill or in a cast iron skillet. Pair it with some strong herbs, like rosemary and thyme, and cook to medium rare to medium. Then let the lamb leg steak rest on a cutting board for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving. Enjoy!
