Our Hatchet Cowboy Steak brings serious wow factor to any grill. This thick-cut, bone-in ribeye features a striking 4β5 inch frenched bone β longer than our traditional Cowboys β for a dramatic, steakhouse-style centerpiece that commands attention. Cut an impressive 1.5 to 2 inches thick, this steak is made to satisfy. Unlike our usual dry-aged Cowboy steaks, this special cut is not dry-aged β delivering a cleaner, more traditional ribeye flavor with plenty of rich marbling and a juicy finish.
