Cut an impressive 1.5 to 2 inches thick, this steak is made to satisfy. Unlike our usual dry-aged Cowboy steaks, this special cut is not dry-aged—delivering a cleaner, more traditional ribeye flavor with plenty of rich marbling and a juicy finish.
