For the first time ever, Stemple Creek Ranch is offering Pasture Raised Thanksgiving Turkeys from Big Bluff Ranch.
These turkeys are available by pre-order only, from September 13th through October 20th. We will not have any extra turkeys for sale beyond what is pre-ordered, so make sure to place your order within this window to secure yours.
Turkeys will ship on November 18th and should arrive by November 19th or 20th, giving you plenty of time to prepare for Thanksgiving on November 28th.

Can I pre-order a Turkey at Farmers Market?
Yes! You can order a Thanksgiving Turkey at all of our Farmers Markets now thru October 20th. If you can't make it to the Market in advance, you can reach out to us at hello@stemplecreek.com to pre-order for a Farmers Market pick up. A deposit is required.
Can I wait and buy closer to Thanksgiving?
Unfortunately no, pre-order by October 20th is required. We will not have extra Turkey inventory beyond what is pre-ordered by that date. Please pre-order as early has possible to guarantee your turkey.
Can I add extra items to my Turkey pre-order?
We are requiring separate orders for additional items as we cannot hold and guarantee inventory for that length of time.
If you would like to add a few items (2-4) to your turkey box shipment you may reach out to us the week of November 4th and we will do our best to add those items. Email hello@stemplecreek.com.
Can I get my Turkey shipped earlier than November 18th?
Currently, these Turkeys are not yet harvested - so we can't promise an earlier ship date than November 18th at this time.
Are these Turkeys Certified Organic?
Our turkeys are raised on a certified organic ranch (Big Bluff Ranch) and fed an organic diet. However, due to processing that is not certified organic, they do not carry the organic label.
What do the Turkeys eat?
Our Turkeys eat an organic diet that is wheat and rapeseed meal-based. They do not consume any corn or soy.
Why isn't my discount code working?
This holiday season, discount codes are not eligible on our Turkeys or any of our Holiday Roasts.
