Spring Farm Dinner 2025: A Night to Remember

Spring Farm Dinner 2025: A Night to Remember

April 5th, 2025 | Stemple Creek Ranch

Last weekend, we gathered with friends old and new in our red barn for our annual Spring Farm Dinner—a beloved tradition here at Stemple Creek Ranch. With a golden sunset and sheep grazing just beyond the tables, the setting reminded us why we feel so lucky to call this place home—and to share it with all of you.

The evening began with passed bites like smoked salt and pepper pork belly, local oysters with water kimchi mignonette, and scallop toast with mustard. Guests settled in for a multi-course meal prepared by the incredibly talented Chef Alan Hsu and Chef Sarah Cooper of Sun Moon Studio. The menu showcased our pasture-raised pork, 100% grass-fed and finished beef, and open-pasture lamb—each dish thoughtfully paired with seasonal ingredients and prepared with creativity and care.

A few favorites emerged over the evening: the rich braised lamb neck with black trumpet mushrooms and polenta, and the slow-cooked short rib served alongside sesame scallion rolls and nori butter had guests talking long after the last bite. For dessert, a trio of treats—chocolate ganache cake, cheesecake, and Sarah’s now-famous chocolate chip cookies—closed out the meal on a sweet note.

We’re especially grateful to our friends at Dunites and Windchaser for the beautiful wine pairings, and to John Courage for setting the perfect tone with live music throughout the evening.

More than anything, we cherished the chance to spend time with you. Whether it was chatting between courses, sharing stories over spritzes, or showing guests around the ranch, the night reminded us that the heart of agriculture isn’t just in what we grow—it’s in the community we grow alongside.

A few guests told us it was one of the most memorable meals they’d ever had. That means the world to us, and we’re honored to be part of those lasting memories.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special evening. We look forward to welcoming you back again next spring.
