Reflecting on 2025 & Looking Ahead

As 2025 comes to a close, we would like to take a moment to express our gratitude and reflect on the long and wild ride this has been.

This past year brought significant shifts across the beef industry, with historically high prices affecting everyone. We're deeply grateful to each of you who continued to choose food you trust, even as the market shifted and costs rose. Your support means everything to our family and our team—especially in years like this one.

By standing with us, you've helped us stay true to our values and reaffirm our commitment to raising animals with care, even when it’s more challenging to do so. We appreciate your patience as we’ve made thoughtful, long-term decisions to protect our land, our animals, and our team—choices rooted in Honesty, Quality, and Transparency.

2025 has been especially meaningful for us. We celebrated 20 years of running our own livestock business and 16 years since launching Stemple Creek Ranch, milestones that feel both humbling and energizing. We also completed our first full year with Conner Hackett as our General Manager, which has been transformative. Having Conner at the helm has given us time to reconnect with family and friends (and each other!) while dreaming about what the next 20 years of regenerative agriculture will look like. We're thrilled about what's ahead and can't wait to share our exciting plans!
