Lauren Champine

We asked members of our Stemple Creek team a simple question: What’s your favorite way to cook Stemple Creek at home?

We’re sharing the tried-and-true recipes that are easy to pull together after a long day, make great leftovers, or have earned a permanent spot in the weekly rotation.

From our team’s table to yours, here are a few of our favorite ways to get Stemple Creek on the table during a busy week.

Maddie’s Breakfast Sausage Bites | Made with Stemple Creek Pork Breakfast Sausage

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Roll the breakfast sausage into approximately 1-inch balls and arrange on a baking sheet.

  1. Prepare the rice in a rice cooker
  2. Cook the Stemple Creek Beef Fajita in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the beef patties on the grill and cook to your preferred doneness, flipping halfway through.
  3. Add a slice of cheese to each patty during the last minute or two of cooking and allow it to melt.
  4. Serve on burger buns with your favorite toppings.
  5. Pair with your favorite sides

Lisa’s Meal Prepped Beef & Pork Mix | Made with Stemple Creek Ground Beef & Ground Pork

“I like to cook up a big batch of ground beef and pork at the beginning of the week so I always have something ready to go in the fridge. It makes putting together dinner during the week quick and easy.”

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add the ground beef and ground pork to a large skillet and cook over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and season with garlic salt to taste.
  3. Sauté until the onion is tender and the meat is fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Enjoy right away, or allow the mixture to cool and store it in the refrigerator to use throughout the week.

Lisa’s Favorite Ways to Use It:

  • Quesadillas: Add the meat mixture and sautéed vegetables to a tortilla, then serve with homemade guacamole.
  • Tacos or Burritos: Set out your favorite toppings for an easy build-your-own dinner.
  • Meat Sauce: Add the mixture to your favorite sauce and serve over pasta, spaghetti squash, or sautéed cauliflower rice.
