Primal Blend Meatloaf

This Primal Blend Meatloaf is an easy, low-carb comfort-food classic that comes together quickly and delivers big, savory flavor. Made with our grass-fed, grass-finished Primal Blend—ground beef blended with beef liver and heart—it adds natural richness and depth to a familiar weeknight favorite. Simple to prep and satisfying straight from the oven, this meatloaf pairs well with mashed potatoes and a vegetable of choice for a well-rounded, nourishing meal.

Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 350F

Step 2: Mix almond flour, parmesan, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Set aside.

Step 3: In a large mixing bowl combine beef, chopped onion and bell pepper, eggs, Worcestershire, garlic and salt. Mix together well (using your hands works great).

Step 4: Add almond flour mixture and continue blending until well combined.

Step 5: Spoon meat mixture into a standard sized, non-stick loaf pan and distribute evenly.

Step 6: In a small bowl, mix ketchup and soy sauce with a whisk. Pour over meatloaf and spread evenly.

Step: 7 Bake on center oven rack for 50-55 minutes.

Step 8: Remove pan to wire cooling rack, and allow to sit for 5 minutes before slicing meatloaf.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 TBL. dried Italian seasoning blend
  • 2 pounds Stemple Creek Ranch Primal Blend Ground Beef
  • 1/2 large onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup chopped bell pepper (we used red & yellow)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 TBL Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 TBL garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 cup no sugar added ketchup
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce or coconut aminos
