Broccoli Beef Stir fry
Sweet, savory and spicy, our Asian-inspired recipe for Broccoli Beef Stir Fry is sure to become a family favorite. This one pan meal features our regeneratively raised Stemple Creek Ranch Beef Fajita Strips (pre-cut for your convenience), cooked in a flavorful sauce of sesame seed oil, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, sriracha and soy sauce, and tossed with fresh organic broccoli florets. It's restaurant quality taste made easy right at home!
From prep to table, it takes just 20 minutes to make this mouth-watering dish, which makes it an easy and healthy dinner on busy weeknights. We recommend serving this entree over rice, with a simple side green salad.
Step One: Pat beef strips dry with paper towels and put in a medium size mixing bowl. Sprinkle with arrowroot powder and toss to coat.
Step Two: In a large saucepan over medium heat, add 1 TBL olive oil + 1 TBL sesame seed oil. Stir in minced garlic and ginger paste. Saute for 1 minute, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
Step Three: Stir in soy sauce, water, brown sugar, 2 tsp arrowroot powder, and sriracha. Simmer until the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat and pour into a separate bowl. Set aside.
Step Five: Reduce heat to low. Add broccoli florets to the beef strips, cover, and cook for 3 minutes.
Stemple Creek Broccoli Beef (serves 4)
- 1 LB. package Stemple Creek Beef Fajita Strips
- 4 tablespoons arrowroot powder or cornstarch + 2 tsp reserved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 2 tablespoons sesame seed oil, divided
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons ginger paste
- ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce ( or Coconut Aminos)
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons sriracha (optional)
- 4-5 cups organic broccoli florets
- 3 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

- Return the large saucepan to the stovetop and increase heat to medium-high. Add remaining 1 TBL olive oil + 1 TBL sesame seed oil. Add beef strips and brown meat on all sides for about 2 minutes total.
- Reduce heat to low. Add broccoli florets to the beef strips, cover, and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the reserved sauce to the pan, and continue cooking uncovered for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce should be perfectly thickened.
- Remove from heat to a serving plate and garnish with sliced green onion + s sprinkle of sesame seeds (if desired).
