How Do Subscriptions Work?
If you begin your subscription today, you will be charged immediately for your first shipment. The shipment will go out on our next shipping day (see below). Please note that you must have an account on stemplecreek.com, and be logged in to it, to begin a subscription.
Each month, on the same day of the month that you began your subscription, the credit card on file for the subscription will be charged, and another, identical order will be placed automatically for you. The shipment will also go out on our next shipping day (see below). The process will continue each month as long as your subscription is active.
You can begin and maintain multiple subscriptions at a time, whether you are subscribing to several products for yourself, or as gifts to clients or family. Each subscription is for a single product once a month.
How Does Shipping Work?
We will ship your order out on a Monday or Tuesday each month via 1-2 day shipping. We use OnTrac and FedEx to ship out orders. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All meat is shipped frozen and packaged with dry ice to maintain proper temperature control during shipping.
Can I Pause or Cancel My Subscription?
While you may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions page in your account area of the website, there is currently no way to pause your subscription due to limitations with our online store software.
If you need to stop your subscription for a short amount of time, simply cancel the subscription, then return to the website and begin a new subscription for the same product when you are ready.
When you cancel a subscription, it stops immediately and there will be no further charges to your credit card, or shipments of your subscribed product.
