Our 100% grass-fed and grass-finished flank steak is one of our leaner steaks that has excellent flavor and texture. We recommend cooking flank steak on the grill, hot and fast after two to three hours in a good marinade. Most importantly, always cut flank steak against the grain to prevent it from becoming overly tough.
