We send all of our 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef bottom round to Roberts in San Francisco to get corned. Roberts Corned Meats is the oldest corned beef company in San Francisco and celebrates over 100 years as a successful family owned and operated business with its roots deeply tied to the community.

Cooking directions: remove corned beef from package and place fat-side up in 4-to-6 quart stock pot or Dutch oven. Fill pot with water until meat is covered by 1/2 inch; cover pot. Bring water to a boil over high heat, about 10 to 15 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer 2 to 3 hours until fork tender.

Approximate size: 2.5 lbs.

Availability & Shipping

All orders placed by Monday, at 12pm, each week will be shipped out the following day (Tuesday), via overnight. We use General Logistics Systems (formerly known as Golden State Overnight) and FedEx to ship out orders. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All meat is shipped frozen and packaged with dry ice to maintain proper temperature control during shipping.
