Beef Chuck Roast
Our 100% grass fed chuck roast is a budget-friendly roast from the shoulder region. It's a tougher cut that contains more fat, collagen, and connective tissue than leaner cuts from the round but this makes it an ideal candidate for the slow cooker. When used for pot roast, the lengthy cook time slowly melts the collagen and tenderized the meat so much it can be pulled apart with a fork.
