We send all of our 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef round to Roberts in San Francisco to get corned. Cooking directions: remove corned beef from package and place fat-side up in 4-to-6 quart stock pot or Dutch oven. Fill pot with water until meat is covered by 1/2 inch; cover pot. Bring water to a boil over high heat, about 10 to 15 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer 2 to 3 hours until fork tender.
