We raise 100% Angus organic, all natural, grass-fed beef. The animals eat organic clover and grass and are never subjected to artificial hormones, growth promotants, or antibiotics. We typically harvest the animals between May and July of each year, depending on the strength of the grass and the spring rains. You can purchase our beef by the quarter, half, or whole animal, as detailed below. We encourage our customers to find friends and family with whom to share a whole beef. We can also work to try to pair you up with other customers who are interested in splitting a quarter, half or whole animal.
